A new approach to the problem of the protection of organic
materials and compositions against oxygen and other aggressive agents has
been formulated. Our theory of the stabilization is based on the concept
of the so called non-chain inhibition. The quantitative solution of the
related applied problems is connected with the application of classical
macrokinetical principles when it is possible to distinguish the differently
scaled time stages of the general process. Some macrokinetical principles
related to radical polymerization problems have been developed.
