The Academy's main goals are

  • to promote the development of science, technology, culture, arts and other areas of human activities on the basis of their mutual effect;
  • to participate in studying and solving the problems of the humankind;
  • to enhance the creative approach to science, technology, social sphere and culture;
  • to enable comprehensive development of talented young people, and to participate, in accordance with established procedures, in the training and certification of scientists, teachers and lecturers;
  • to enable the implementation of results of scientific and technical studies by promoting new technologies, know-how and by manufacturing pilot units;
  • to carry out independent tests on the results of creative activities;
  • to disseminate information on scientific and technical achievements and works of arts;
  • to publish materials reflecting the Academy's activities;
  • to assist in expansion of creative talent of young people;
  • to develop international contacts, promote creative and business contacts with representatives of the scientific, cultural and public communities of other countries.
The International Academy consists of full members (academicians), corresponding members and honorary members elected by the General Assembly or the Presidium of the Academy.

Full members of the Academy (academicians) may be individuals in science, education, arts and sport, religious dignitaries, or businessmen who have made internationally recognized personal contributions to the development of various areas of human activities, who take part in the Academy's projects and recognize its Charter.

Corresponding members of Academy may he individuals in science, education, arts, sport, religious dignitaries, as well as businessmen who have made substantial personal contributions to the development of various areas of human activities, who take part in the Academy's projects and recognize its Charter.

Scientific, educational, industrial and arts institutions, sport societies and other organizations, whose work has received public recognition, may be also accepted into the Academy as collective members.

Members of the Academy have the right to set up, under the Academy's umbrella, institutes, creative laboratories and workshops in various fields of science, arts and folk crafts as well as in sport and other spheres of human activities. The Presidium of the Academy adopts the Charters of such institutions, creative laboratories and workshops.

The Academy's Board for Coordination of Fundamental Research promotes fundamental work in the areas of science and arts.
